Make a list of every positive attribute you want in a real estate agent, and then paste Tracie's picture on top. And if you didn't add patience, sense of humor, and sympathy, please add those to the top of your list. I wish we could clone her and put one of her in every realty in the country. - J Clint
Thirty five days after first meeting Elaine Stewart, we now own a condominium in the Mission Hills Country Club. All the documents have been signed and registered—two binders full! And we have started making it our own. Thirty five days later and we are already looking at paint chips. This has to be ‘top speed and high efficiency’ no matter where the buyer and seller reside, but considering that the buyers (us) live in West Vancouver, British Columbia and the sellers in San Francisco California, this has to be nothing short of miraculous. Everyone on Elaine’s support team—it takes a team!— was smart, efficient and promptly responsive to any of our questions. She has helped us with the home inspection, with finding a contractor, with contents insurance. She continues to offer her support. She better be careful. She may never hear the end of us. We highly recommend Elaine and her team. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, super-efficient, and super-personable. - Leslie and Barney M
Tracie handled our sale very professionally. She was helpful in all the new requirements and very patient in getting the needed info. We were very pleased. - P & J King
Elaine was very helpful to us for our home purchase in the desert. She knew the inventory of properties very well and was able to adjust when our needs changed. She was always very quick to respond to our calls and emails. We are very happy with our purchase, because of Elaine. - Doug & Cheryl G.
We have been coming to the Palm Springs area for several years and have been interested in purchasing property when the opportunity presented itself. Being from out of state we knew no one who could guide us or give us good recommendations about areas prices values to say nothing of the process of buying a home. My wife did a lot of the initial leg work and became knowledgeable of the area market and we went to open houses and continued to look for a property that would meet our needs and at the same time be a good value. At that time we were fortunate to meet Cory Alan who has been an absolute Godsend for us. Being from the Midwest we had one way we were used to when it came to buying a home and then having it financed. We quickly learned that doing things in California was a whole lot different. Without CoryÕs help we would have never been able to finally purchase the home we have been looking for these past several years. First of all CoryÕs demeanor is one of calm professionalism and his reassuring manner has made it a lot easier for me to see this process through to completion. He is very knowledgeable of the overall market and works with clients to find the home that is right for them. He never tries to interject his bias into the process and is tireless in his effort to be sure his customers are happy with their purchase. More than that Cory knows the process of procurement from start to finish. He makes sure that every aspect of the process is transparent and deals with his clients up front and makes sure you are aware of every aspect of the home you are buying the good and the potential bad. Finally once you commit to the purchase he works tirelessly with everybody involved in the process to bring the closing process to completions as soon as possible and to his clientÕs satisfaction. I can say definitively without Cory and his tenacity we would never have been able to successfully complete our purchase. We owe everything to his willingness to see this process through for us. He is not only a great Realtor but in the process has become a great friend. My wife and I would highly recommend Cory to anyone who not only wants to buy or sell their home but who wants to actually enjoy the process. We hope to be in this area for many years and without question will use Cory for our next transaction. - Dan H. Evans
